Terms and Conditions
1Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by C19 Cleaning Service (“the Company”) to its clients (“the Client”). By engaging the Company’s services, the Client agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.
2Compliance with Malaysian Rules and Regulations
The Company adheres to all relevant Malaysian rules and regulations in the execution of its services. This includes but is not limited to health and safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry-specific guidelines.

3Services Provided
The Company offers a comprehensive range of cleaning services including:
- Indoor cleaning services
- Outdoor cleaning and maintenance
- Gutter cleaning and maintenance
- Window cleaning services
- Sewage cleaning and drainage services
- Pipe inspections and diagnostics
- Property refurbishments
- Power washing with steam cleaning
Detailed descriptions of services will be provided in individual service agreements.
Jetting sewage and site inspection services have a minimum charge of RM 125. This minimum fee may be waived for eligible customers but will be billed separately for additional services required.
4Scheduling and Access
4.1. The Client must provide clear and unhindered access to the work site at the scheduled times.
4.2. Any delays caused by the Client’s inability to provide access will result in billable standby charges as specified in Section 5.
5Standby and Waiting Time
5.1. If the Company’s team is required to be on standby or to wait due to the Client’s inability to allow the commencement or continuation of work, the Client will be billed for the waiting time.
5.2. Standby and waiting time will be billed at a daily rate specified in the service agreement.
6Billing and Payment
Flexible Payment Options:
Payment terms are determined based on project scope and client relationship:
- Standard Projects: Payment upon completion of work
- Large Projects: 50% deposit required, remaining 50% upon completion
- Ongoing Clients: Customized payment terms as agreed
6.1. Payment terms vary depending on project scope and client relationship. Some customers may pay upon completion, while others may require a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due upon completion.
6.2. Invoices will be issued upon completion of the services or as specified in the service agreement.
6.3. Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.4. Failure to pay on time will result in a penalty of RM 500 and a monthly interest charge of 2% on the outstanding amount.
7Additional Costs
If any items or services are required that are not included in the initial quotation, the Client must bear the additional costs. These will be communicated and agreed upon before any further work is carried out.
8Cancellation and Rescheduling
8.1. The Client must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of services.
8.2. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s service charge.
9Liability and Insurance
9.1. The Company carries insurance coverage as required by Malaysian law to cover liabilities arising from its services.
9.2. The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the provision of its services.
9.3. The Company is not liable for any damage or breakages that occur while performing the services.
10Health and Safety
The Company is committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety. The Client agrees to comply with all health and safety instructions provided by the Company’s personnel while on-site.
11Termination of Services
11.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate services if the Client breaches any of these terms and conditions.
11.2. The Client will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the point of termination.
12Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
13Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes in writing.
16Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the Company’s services, the Client acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
